3国内的学者对该种协议的翻译和称谓各不相同，例如，在彼得。内维特的《项目筹资》中，译者把其译为“无货亦付款合同”；在Clifford Chance 法律公司著的《项目融资》中，译者把其译为“或取或付合同”；在张极井著的《项目融资》中，作者把其成为“无论提货与否均需付款”合同。尽管各不相同，但是反映的内容都是一致的，笔者认为用“绝对付款合同”能直接表明合同的本质，且较为简洁明了，因此，下文中，除索引外，使用“绝对付款合同”这一叫法。项目管理者联盟
