总之，学习型文化和战略的Partnering 模式是相互作用的，因此学习型文化应包含在基于 partnering模式的工程项目供应链中，它的三个核心因素组织学习，持续的改善和学习环境（或学习的氛围）是学习型文化的先决条件并且能帮助建立战略的partnering 模式。
