我所在一家通信领域跨国公司,在技术中心从事项目管理工作。公司的项目管理分为2类:1)针对运营商需求提供技术支持或trouble shooting,更多的是case by case or envent driven 2)配合BD Team进行技术支持(BD为Team Leader,而技术中心属于二线支持)。我的问题是:对于这两类项目来说,作为技术部门项目管理的切入点应该在哪里?我的项目管理职责应该如何定位?
I am not quite sure about your job description, espeically on the 2nd part. May I know what concern you on these 2 part? is there any conflict for them? If it's a AMS project, you should get clear picture of your SOW.What's your SLA, etc. If you are PM on the project, you should know what project committed, and smoothly build processes, and build baseline to control your project.
