| 首先我就不明白什么是portfolio，再者，portfolio analysis有很多个tool,比如：BCG portfolio planning Matrix, GE/Shell Matrix or MC portfolio Planning Matrix, ADL Portfolio Planning Matrix, and Ashridge Portfolio Display Matrix. 这么多个，不知道对corporate-level strategy有什么作用。特别是Ashridge portfolio display matrix,他的两个dimentions是: (fit between business unit critical success factors and the parent's skill, resources and characteristics）和（fit between business unit parenting opportunities and the parent's skills, resources and characteristics）,这么复杂，谁能用简洁的中文说明一下。 谢谢：）
