关于IPMA卓越项目管理大奖评估师培训的通知
IPMA是国际上成立最早、影响力最大的项目管理专业团体，目前已有68个国家或地区会员单位。自2001年起，IPMA每年在全球范围评选卓越项目管理大奖(IPMA
PE
Award)，这是国际上项目管理领域最高水平的奖项，也称为国际项目管理的奥斯卡奖。我国的神舟六号项目、中海油惠州炼油项目、国投湄洲湾第二发电厂项目等获得了该大奖的金奖。
自2016年起，IPMA卓越项目管理大奖评选采用了新版的“项目卓越基准(Project Excellence Baseline,
PEB)”，所有希望加入该大奖评估师队伍的人员均需要参加PEB培训。鉴于近年来中国在国际项目管理界的影响力，IPMA决定2018年3月23至25日在中国济南开展大奖评估师的培训工作，以便于增补中国籍的评估师。这些评估师将根据需要由IPMA委派赴不同国家评估申报该大奖的项目。
我们诚邀希望成为IPMA卓越项目管理奖评估师的人员、希望申请该大奖的企业相关人员、希望了解PEB的人员及国内项目管理同仁积极参加本次培训。届时也有来自其他国家的培训师和评估师参加该培训，大家可以一起分享大奖申报与评估的经验。
培训时间：2018年3月23-25日
报名截止时间：2018年3月15日
培训地点：济南市工业南路89号，中建八局一公司培训中心。
培训费用：3500元人民币(包括餐饮费用)，交通和住宿费自理

1.培训师简介
Brian Cracknell, Malaysia
For 34 years, Brian has designed and taught
language, communication skills, trainer training and management training
programmes in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. These programmes include
Sustainable Project Management, Report Writing, Engaging Dialogue, Presence and
Presentations, and innovative experiential learning workshops such as Get Your
Act Together, Time 2 Act, and Leading Role.
Brian is currently Director of Language Works, and specialises in
customised and sustainable learning and support for organisations. Previously he
was Visiting Lecturer at the International Islamic University, and Head -
Business Communication at British Council, Kuala Lumpur, where he set up the
Business Communication Unit.
He has been a team lead assessor for the International Project Management
Association (IPMA) Project Excellence Award for 12 years. He is also a
registered City & Guilds internal verifier, assessor and tutor/trainer. As
well as this, Brian is an accredited trainer for the GPM Global PRiSM
Practitioner programme.
Pau Lian Staal-Ong, The Netherlands
Pau Lian is senior consultant at AT Osborne B.V.,
an independent management and consultancy firm in the Netherlands. Since 1999
she has been working for mostly public sector client/sponsor organisations in
large infrastructure projects. Pau Lian helps organisations during change
processes, fulfills positions in the field of organisational design, quality and
knowledge management, carries out audits and evaluations and delivers lectures
and training. In addition, her work week centres on the NETLIPSE programme a
network that focuses on exchanging and developing knowledge on the management
and organisation of large infrastructure projects in Europe. Pau Lian is
NETLIPSE Programme Director. Pau Lian has been involved in IPMA since 2007 as
(lead) assessor of the IPMA Project Excellence Awards. In 2011 she helped
initiate the Project Excellence Awards scheme in the Netherlands. Pau Lian was
member of the IPMA Award Management Board from 2013-2016, is PE Award Assessment
trainer (both internationally and in the Netherlands) and co-authored the first
edition of the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline. Since 2016 Pau Lian coordinates
the IPMA Awards with a wonderful group of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers.
Ding Ronggui, China
Dr. Ding Ronggui is a professor in Shandong
University. In last 10 years, he played different roles for IPMA PE Award: From
2007 to 2012 and from 2014 to 2016, he was a PE Award Management Board member,
from 2015 to 2017, he worked as a PE Award Jury member. As an assessor or
team-leader assessor, he assessed many types of project applying for IPMA PE
Award in different countries, such as Iran, Italy, Russia, Germany etc. He has
more than 20 years of experience as a project manager or project management
expert in academic organizations, industries and government departments. He was
honored as an Excellent Talent by the Ministry of Education of China in 2007.
Professor Ding is teaching project management for EMBA and EDP programs in
different universities in China and other countries.
