项目团队的领导者，对项目进行计划、组织和控制，负责领导团队准时、优质的，在不超出预算的情况下实现项目目标；激励项目团队，以赢得顾客的新人；负责公司政策的上传下达；在项目实施过程中，落实项目组成员的能力提升计划。 工作内容：
1.根据项目情况制定项目总体计划和各项实施计划；
2.根据项目的实际需要组织各种资源；
3.领导项目团队，按计划完成项目目标；
4.对项目全过程进行控制，确保在预算范围内按计划完成项目目标。 技能要求：
1.二年以上项目管理经验；
2.熟练掌握公司项目管理相关的CMM知识，并能在项目实际过程中遵循；
3.熟练掌握Microsoft Office Project，并能合理制定各项项目计划；
4.能够按照项目约定实施范围，有效控制需求范围和需求变更；
5.良好的控制力，能够领导项目在预算范围内，按计划达成项目目标；
6.能够合理安排项目资源的分工协作；
7.能够对项目组成员的工作成果进行公平、合理的考核。
