Job Deｓcription:
1. Lead software development projects to meet the various internal business sponsor needs. Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, design, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels
2. Develop complex project schedules, and manage project schedule and quality with minimal variances
3. Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle (PDLC). Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.
4. Provide timely and audience-specific status reports and reporting in support of defined metrics to key stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

Requirements:
1. Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in leading software company
3. Minimum 3 years experience in project management which should be mainly focused on in-house project developing; knowledge of project management software tools and management techniques; strong business analysis and process re-engineering skills.
4. Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing large-scale project implementations from start to finish.
5. Minimum 2 years experience working in software development of internet Implementations, including internationalization experience.
6. Experienced project developing team management skill, minimum 5 developer size.
7. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong communications skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management.
9. Experience taking strategic business initiatives thorough functional requirements to delivery of product to production
10.Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve & negotiate solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
a) Advanced MS Project and MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.
