For your reference only. 1.Assist project manager in the development of project plan and schedule. Make project plan in detailed levels and get task owners’ commitments and project manager’s approval. 2.Ensure project plan is updated to enable tracking and reporting of project progress. Follow up project progress and issue project progress report regularly. 3.Responsible for control and coordination of projects plan, taking initiative to identify obvious conflicts. Create, update and maintain project schedules with new and changed tasks received from project manager. Ensure that dependencies and links within and with other schedules are established correctly. Follow-up on outstanding tasks and their integration into the project schedules. Coordinate assigned tasks to meet deadlines. 4.Coordinate project detailed level reporting. Reporting formats will be consistent with varying target audiences. 5.Monitor and reconcile allocation of resources to project with resource effort actually spent working on project tasks. 6.Report, identify and analyze risks. Propose contingency plan of risk management and monitor the outcomes. 7.Set up and maintain project documentation system. Maintain the system of all project-related documents. 8.Log and control change request. Maintain and track change logs. 9.Responsible for documenting and tracking all risks, issues and action items. 10.Assist in the development of presentation materials to various stakeholder groups. 11.Assist in facilitating project meetings, conference call and dedicated meetings, responsible for coordination, booking, monitoring attendance, distributing materials, taking meeting minutes etc. 12.Provide day to day support for project manager.
