Certification Audit

Thank you for applying for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM®) Credential. As part of PMI’s application review process, a percentage of all approved applications are randomly selected to be audited.

Your application has been selected for a Certification Audit. Upon successful completion of the audit process, you will be able to schedule and sit for the Credential Examination. As an audit candidate, you should have received an e-mail notification from PMI with detailed instructions on how to comply with the terms of the audit.

If you did not receive an audit notification via e-mail, please contact customercare@pmi.org and include the following information:

Ø Your first and last name
Ø PMI Identification number
Ø Your e-mail address(es)
Ø Identify your e-mail by writing in the subject line of
your e-mail Audit Candidate.

Once PMI has received the above information, your audit forms will be e-mailed to you. If you have already received your audit forms, there is no need to respond to this notification.

Special notice for Audit Candidates whose
PMP Credential Application was received
by PMI between 1 June and 29 August 2005

If PMI received your application by 29 August 2005 and you were selected for audit, you may test on the 2004 PMP exam for up to one year from the date of your eligibility letter. If you have not received your eligibility letter because your audit is in progress, you will still test on the 2004 exam. PMI will issue your eligibility letter once the audit is completed.

目前也只是提交PMI Identification number
应该是能收到一个audit form吧。

会把这次经历陆续回在论坛里，

Your application has been randomly selected for audit. You are unable to take the examination until all audit requirements have been successfully met. You have until 12/20/2005 3:36:11 AM to complete the audit. If you pass the audit, you will receive one year from the audit pass date to schedule and take an exam.

Please contact PMI to receive the necessary audit forms and instructions. Completed audit forms (return only signed originals) should be sent to PMI via postal mail at Four Campus Boulevard, Newtown Square, PA 19073-3299. Candidates from Europe, Middle East and Africa should send their material to 300 Avenue de Tervueren, B-1150 Belgium.
