Weekly update is to inform team members of program status in order to let all know what have been done and what need to be done in next phase. Project manager performs the update by hosting weekly telephone meeting. 1. Use Outlook to set out meeting request with agenda to attendees before meeting. 2. Host a telephone conference and call in all attendees 3. Set up Netmeeting to share screen.
Generally, Project manager is the owner of the meeting and shall prepare for that.
