In order to guarantee airborne manager land safetly, HR will facilitate a New Manager Assimulation for me tomorrow. The purpose of assimulation is to let new manager and employee know each other as well as to get the startpoint for further cooperation. The process of assimulation is as following: 1. HR acts as a facilitator to introduce the purpose and process of assimulation to employee as well as the workout. 2. New manager has a brief introduction about personal information as such education background, experience and anything in which employees are interested in 10~15 minutes. 3. New manager shall leave meeting after self-introduction. 4. Employee present their topics as well as concerns under faciliatating by HR for 2~3 hours. 5. Facilitator sumarizes the questions and list on whiteboard after confirmed by employees 6. Facilitator call back new manager and present the questions on whiteboard and request manager give his answer for that as well as answer random question raised by employee. 7. New manager, employee and facilitator will work out a action plan according to question and answer. 8. Go out for team building (team building meant dine together which shall be paid by new manager)
