Dependency的意思应该是说这个问题与那些方面相关，或者说相关性。
不过你这4个名词在一起不知道是什么意思。如果有上下文就好了。

兄弟，你还真把上下文贴上来了。好像是IBM的职位招聘
坦率的讲，我真的不知道。不过如果你去问问在IBM工作的人肯定知道。
没看过pmbok，不过我猜可能是IBM比较专用的名词。一些外企经常有些自己的用词习惯。
后来，我去google了一下，发现了两个地方与此相关。

2。另一个是JISC 的project proposal项目建议书草案。jisc是什么意思我没有细看。在其文中提到RAID
：We will provide the project brief and mandate, communications, project, resource and benefits management plan, risk / assumptions / issues and dependencies (RAID) log. The Project Team will look at process and sustainability issues. Formal QA and sign-off mechanisms will be established.。
从文中看到，RAID是Risk/Assumptions/Issues and dependencies的缩写。是以日志的方式记录。
我猜也许是HR发布的时候把写成Action，有时候hr会犯一些这些小错误。但也未必。
我相信IBM对于RAID有详细的定义和解释的文档。

Actually, there was a answer from my friend but her answer is not correct definitely. She mentioaned in her letter as following:
My husband told me that RAID means Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks.
And I replied:
Really appreciate your kind anwser though it's not what i expected.
Up to now, I don't know the correct answer and just Iet it to be a pity in my life because sometimes pity is so romantic from the perspective of girl though I m not a girl.
So, If anyone knows the answer please dont let me know.
