B. Roles & Responsibilities
 Develop project management process and follow up project progress.
 Build and manage project budget and plans, track and monitor R&D projects’ costs.
 Liaison with collaboration partners to develop project deliverables and follow up the project progress and cost.
 Take partial responsibility for timely completion of projects according to all the requirements, principles, and guidelines which apply, and make corresponding justification and judgments for any delay..
 Compare actual to planned project performance
 Work with the project team to continually archive, maintain and update relevant project documents.

C. Academic Background
(include preferred discipline, if any)

 Bachelor or above.
 Education with science or engineering background (e.g. Textile Engineering or Textile Chemistry) and management experience or formal training.
 Project management experience is a plus.
D. Working Experience

 With Minimum 3 years’ working experience, working in textile industry is preferred.
E. Language Skill

 English: Good (Oral and written)
 Chinese: Excellent (Oral and written)
