· To provide effective management of wide ranging projects concluded by sales teams.
A: Need a Sales' leader? what is the key to effective management?is it the answer that collecting my relative to replace important position in company in order to manage effectively?

· To support consultant and sales team to decide tender bid, project scheduling and cost calculations.
A: What it is? In the view of consultant, project's schedule is nothing but long time and high cost. On the other hand,sales' proposal is high price with costess and shorten time.How to deal with this?

· To plan effective project schedule based on customer master project schedule.
A: All customer have same dream that project is like tv set. It works when they pay for it. They don't have to pay more attention to project risk or others.

· To ensure that the project are carried out on time and on budget.
A: a short-time for project will increase the cost of it

· To improve project margin by effective negotiation with product vendors.
A: To be frank, what's the key to effective negotiation in your company?

· To increase projects income from project variation order.
A: A good project's income base on the production or service they provide.If company can't afford excellent production or service, how to increase income?

· To initiate work-in-progress claim by timely invoicing.
A: What about SMART idea?

· To negotiate advance payment on delayed projects.
A: Most of project will be delay. So that's the normal thing. Just communicating with customers and show them that's fair and fine face to delay.

· To communicate with main contractor, owner, etc. To ensure projects are carried out. Smoothly.
A: More resource, more smoothly

· To attend site meetings.
A: anytime,anywhere?

· To communicate with logistic department to ensure good are delivered on schedule.
A: is the leader of this department smooth enougth?

· To provide weekly work-in-progress project report and conduct project review meeting with management.
A: That happens in any company.It's the rule. Never mention it.

· To strictly follow company project management policies and procedures.
A: Policies or rules is just suitable for worker, not knowledage man.

Major Requirements : how many advantadges or profit to these man who's ok for follow requirement.

· Must posses a degree in communication or equivalent from recognized university.
· PMP certificate
· Dynamic and growth oriented.
· Possess good interpersonal skill.
· Able to communicate well with all levels and work independently.
· Good understand of project management philosophy, standard, and procedure.
· Possesses good management skill.
· Business minded.
· Spoken language: English & Chinese (Mandarin)
· Minimum 5 years experience in communication or IT industry working in project management capacity.
· A team player and willing to travel
