在进行地区项目管理流程规划时，我分别认真拜读了Kerzner, Harold和Robert K. Wysocki, 的“Strategic planning for project management using a project management maturity model”，“ Project Management Process Improvement“两部书。(这两位可是pm行业的泰山北斗)。这两部书的特点是即提供了项目管理改进的系统战略思想，又有具体可行的评估工具。是各PMO战略发展的必备书籍。
第三部：Advanced Project Portfolio Management and the PMO我没读过，因为我不在PMO.不过应该和前两部书一样是pmo的指导书。
