You should think it's bad thing that work during CNY. For me, it's not so bad, as I have no plan during CNY, and the guys with me is funny, work is better choice.

测试部的负责人做了一个根据物料情况就未来一周的工作做了一个详细的计划。 每天到达办公共室就当天的工作做一个扼要的安排，工作效率比第一天好了很多，同时，每天更新工作进度， 所有的人都很清楚整个工作的进展情况，目标在计划范围内。

就每一个目标， 设定计划，breakdown完成目标所需要的要素，分清主次，跟进进度，一旦异常发生，及时调解处理。如果不是策略性的改变目标， 这个目标都能顺利完成， 甚至提前完成。

新项目在准备中，IL site 的同事过来支持测试设备的组装， 时间一周。目标很明确：帮助我们在一周内完成2套设备的组装。这两位同事按照预计的时间安排到达工厂。翻译到达后，测试工程师直接带两位同事去了车间， 开始组装。下班前到车间去看进展，现场有些紊乱。 技术员们没有清晰的思路和目标，很被动， 进度很慢。

和测试部门的负责人交谈后， 要求他们制定一个详细计划和每天的目标管理， 并且和IL同事及工厂的技术人员每天有一次会议就每天的工作和要达成的目标作一个简短的交流。希望明天的工作更有效率。
