You should think it's bad thing that work during CNY. For me, it's not so bad, as I have no plan during CNY, and the guys with me is funny, work is better choice.

D is young handsome man from Canada, just married for 6 months. His smile give me deep impression, He always talk with colleagues in postive way and chat happily, seems nothing can frustrate him. D's birhday is on Feb. 10, He is on the way to China, and missed his birthday. his plan is to celebrate his birthday again after this business trip. some closed friends will come together and His wife and he will cook food for their friends and everybody get drunk and go back. similar to our habit, may our wine is not so many kinds like theirs. D is also a good cook. He learned from his mother, he is his mother's boy and his elder brother is his father's boy, it's funny saying. he can also cook Chinese food, and think it's not complicated, that's cool.

G is a old man from Agintina, and interested into any new things, he can speak 6 languages and learn Chinese quickly. sometimes I teach him Chinese and he teach me some new English words.

P is a man from HK but lived in US for more than 10years, and can describe the life and habit of US in Chinese and very nice guy.

W is a man birthed in China but work in US, he has 3 children and looks very young. my question is to him is how to keep young.

H is the boss of customer, came here and found problems, not satified with everything. But it's acceptable, as it's really good for our improvement. from him, remember to always take a pen and paper with you and write down the suggestion and bad items to correct. remember to keep everything in good order and  verify/buy off any products before you show to your customer, remember to work out the procedure for your operation work, that's common sense on operation management, remember to keep confidence at any time every in front of the boss of customer, then you can do better.

J is also a postive and smart guy.

My work is to take care of their transportation, food, hotel and some requests on product and movement. it's not easy as a few members left to support and few restaurant open during CNY. I need to try best to make sure everything is fine for them. They always can't go back timely and need to ask the driver to wait again and again, they don't like food with bones, it's very hard for me to order the food for them, they like soft bed, but I never try these beds in hotel, how can I know? they need to bring some products from this floor to another floor, I can't get gate release permission from my boss and leader of security during CNY in normal way, but need to call the leader of security again and again, crazy week. I try to keep postive like D, don't feel bad but just happily to solve these problems. take it easy and keep smily. the best praise is pretty and sweet, sometimes they said my English is good, that make me happy. that's what I am always working hard for, to be honest, my oral English and listening is better and better. That's good news for me.
