成功销售经验分享 :

  1. 英文信函不使用 “!”,也不建议中文信函中使用。

  3. 您要刻意建立一些猎头朋友,并做好关系。
    您要平常多交朋友,特别是一些有钱又看得起您的朋友。
    当您失意时,千万不要天天躲在家里,别胡思乱想,要多和一些积极开朗的朋友聊天和通过他们介绍工作,因为一般开朗的人,人缘也会相对好一点。
  4. 周末,做一些和公司没有冲突的高外快工作。
  5. 经常阅读去更新自己,只要有机会经过书店,我都会挑选一本我喜欢的书来阅读. 但是我只是阅读一本书的开头简介和结尾总结,还有我感兴趣部分的前五句话和后五句话.
  6. be punctual when visiting customers
    An ex-IT Vendor President told me once, that sometimes being late to an appointment is unavoidable especially at big cities like 北京, 上海或且广洲.

    But if he is late, he will call up the customer first before the appointment time that he will be late. If he thinks that he is going to be late for 10 minutes, he will tell his client  that he will late for 20 minutes.
  7. Always bring out a note book to write down 客户的问题.
  8. 在Note Book 中间划一直线, 左边是客户提出的问题,右边是你的承诺或要跟迸的事项.
    尽量在Note Book 左篇留白,用來作右边的重写,这样可以复印做filing 或且给相关人员.
    使用多用尺,画各种图形做标注
  9. How often a Sales Person left without asking for a second appointment on a tentative date,
  10. Organize it now (整齐的效率)
  11. Do it routinely (惯性重复式的效率)
  12. Follow up and follow through (跟迸)
  13. Do it right the first time (第一次做对的效率)
  14. Maintain it now (保持高效率的习惯)
  15. Always carry a note pad and a pen to write down ideas and action item and do it immediately when you are available.

  16. 如果你是考虑解决客户的问题而不祇是想买东西给他,你就不会拖延和他联系.   (想像你是他公司的採购员)
  17. Check out your desk and your brief case if it is easy for you  to access to your files, stationery, calculator, price  books,  company brochures and
    most important customer 
      information.
  18. Incent yourself if you could maintain it for a week or a month. 
    经常佩带No.1的徽章,或用你自己用提成购买的名贵的饰物之类的用品,它可以让你感到作为成功销售人员的骄傲和自豪。 
    在一家Storage公司当渠道总监。有一个季度,我拿了320,000港币的提成,我买了 一只几万元的手表给自己。
  19. Every time, I finished meeting with customer, I went to a nearby restaurant. I reviewed my notes and  recalled from my memory on what issues had been discussed in the meeting.
  20. I immediately did a summary or wrote up a minute with action items. When I could log into my email system, I will  send the minute to the clients.
