转发,共勉...

1. Life is not fair, get used to it.
     生活是不公平的,要去适应它。

Cummunicating a Sense of Personal Power

Communicating a sense of personal power comes from a belief that your can reach your goals in your own way. Powerful people empower others and encourage others to express themselves openly. You communicate a sense of personal power by developing these traits:

Authority: Authourity is inner confidence - a trust in your skills and abilities. It comes from the inside, from an attitude of "I can do that". "I deserve success." This attitude radiates outward as you assert your rigts, honestly ask for what you want and need, and develop a willingness to give to others and yourself.

It was a very nice shining day yesterday. I went out run some errands. I was sitting on a bus and saw an old woman just got on the bus. I immediately got up and gave my seat to her. She looks refreshed and good skin. She was a little bit shy in taking my seat, after she seated, she start chat with me. She told me she is 78 years old. Good to Great - Entry 7

Chapter 8 – the Flywheel and the Doom loop
Key points
- Good to great transformations often look like dramatic, revolutionary events to those observing from the outside, but they feel like organic, cumulative processes to people on the inside. The confusion of end outcomes (dramatic results) with process (organic and cumulative) skews our perception of what really works over the long haul.
- No matter how dramatic the end result, the good to great transformations follow a predictable pattern of build up and breakthrough. Like pushing in a giant, heavy flywheel, it takes a l

Good to Great - Entry 5

Chapter 6 – A Culture of Discipline
Key points
- Sustained great results depend upon building a culture full of self-disciplined people who take disciplined action, fanatically consistent with the three circles.
- Bureaucratic cultures arise to compensate for incompetence and lack of discipline, which arise from having the wrong people on the bus in the first place. If you get the right people on the bus, and the wrong people off, you don’t need stultifying bureaucracy
- A culture of discipline involves a duality. On the one hand, it requires people who adhere to a
