申请续期认证要求如下：

Management Professional(PMP.)  APPLICATION FOR PMP CERTIFICATION RENEWAL

Continued education and experience in the project management field is required for maintaining the PMP credential. Information on PMI’s Continuing Certification   Requirements (CCR) program is available in the certification area of the PMI Web site (www.pmi.org). After meeting the professional development unit (PDU)   requirements of the CCR program, one’s PMP certification is not automatically renewed. An Application for Certification Renewal must be submitted in order to complete   the renewal process. When your application is approved, PMI will send you an updated certificate package indicating the dates of your next renewal cycle. Your next   cycle will begin on the first day after your current expiration date. This application and the accompanying payment information must be returned no later than 90 days。
