EPC电站海外项目除PMBOK2004提到的9大知识领域内容外,还涉及到物流管理(这是一个比较时髦的叫法,其实我们日常工作都叫运输管理)。电站EPC项目的运输工作涉及到:根据工程进度计划编制发运计划、根据对外合同价格和对内采购合同编制价格拆分表、根据现场进度安排设备材料集港发运、准备运输文件、国内报关、国外清关、国外运输(包括大件)、现场交接等,还会涉及到保险索赔。国外项目,是否能顺利的完成每批货物运输也是项目成功的关键因素之一。所以这些年的项目管理工作经历告诉我,应该重视运输管理。结合目前的工作,在PMP的知识构架下我试图对运输管理进行细分。
