My company encourages learning and also provides opportunities for job related trainings. No matter I like it or not,  I need to pass Green Belt for my current position requirement. From today on, I'll write down my learning experience for 6 sigma and hope this also benefits my dear friends.

Road to Green Belt: First of all, I need to pass the online 6 sigma fundamental training, then join one day's advocate training, the green belt training scheduled in Feb and I plan to finish a project within yr 2007.

Incentive behind that is if one day I was unemployed, as a certified Black Belt, I could deliver lectures for sharing my knowledge and industry best practices to people who have similar interests. I can survive without a full time job!
