UI是否和环境的语言有关系，有关系，则是i18n的测试点；如果没有关系，则是loc的测试点。

与环境有关的因素有：

n       Locale:

n       System Locale

n       User Locale

n       Input Locale

n       Geographic Locale

n       Browser Locale

n       UI Language (MUI)

Change the default localewhen install the product, to see if it can be installed correctly. For example, you can change the locale from “French (France)” to “French (Canada)”.

Change the default locale to see if all features work correctly.

Verify if the locale-sensitive information  in the product are consistent with the current settings in Regional Options.
