Primary Responsibilities：
-Manage all aspects of the project, including monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, costs, and benefits through project lifecycle
-maintain project budgets and maintain foreca sts
-Responsible for the delivery of key project outputs, including project plans, Risk and Issue logs, status reports and steering committee reports.
-Identify and acquire project resources
-Ensure that requirements are understood and prioritized
-Ensure that deliverables meet the agreed quality criteria and deliver the business process optimsation that is expected
-Manage project change requests through formal governance & the work of project-based resources and the day-to-day interactions with suppliers.
-Provide guidance for team members and review overall progress
-Identify and manage risks and issues within the project and escalate appropriately
-Lead regular project reviews with project sponsors and stakeholders
-Support the implementation of project management methodology and governance tools
-Drive projects through project governance methodology and ensure compliance to stage gates 任职要求：
Key Skills / Qualifications / Knowledge：
-The successful candidate for this role will have the following experience and expertise:
-Experience with planning and managing all phases of business transformation/business process optimisation
-3+ years’ experience leading large projects
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook)
-Proven project management skills with recognized accreditations
-Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities within a shared services organization model
-have a minimum of 5 years successful work experience as a Project Lead within development or solution based environment with end-to-end project lifecycle
-have experience of engaging with Cxx level stakeholders
-have experience of operational excellence programme, ideally within a high volume industry
-have experience of implementing business process change via efficient change management
-Bachelor"s Degree in MIS, Business or related studies. PMI certifications or equivalent |
