| Project Management n Act as the SPOC and end responsible person for service delivery to the Customer and to SOG internally according the the contracted Statement of Work; n Manage and motivate the customer delivery team working on the Program; n Schedule, plan and attend periodic review meetings as set out in the contract; n Take ownership for: o SLA Management o Change Management o Contract Management o Reporting Management n Apply standard design and project management methodologies. n Be acc ountable for detailed implementation plans and provide expert advice in their ex ecution. n Define and agree project deliverables with customer based on contract, report progress externally / internally. n Match actual works carried out with contracted works to determine additional work to be billed. n Track and report to SOG management on project financials: track project budget, track delivered work against invoiced amounts/payments terms, record project cash flow n Analyse customers’ IT environment and make suggestions on improvement based on IT strategy or specified requirements. n Achieve performance measures linked to Program Management Knowledge and Experience n Professional presentation and communication skills. n Proven experience in internal and external acc ount management n Ability to understand, speak, read and write English n Successful project delivery experience n Successful program management experience n Fluency in technologies underlying the IT industry. n Highly specialised and extensive expertise in the outsourcing environment. n Strong technical background specifically in the area of desktop and network outsourcing. n Some supervisory or team leadership experience. n ITIL Foundation certification (not require at this point of time) n PRINCEII or PMP certification is Project Management (good to have not a must) n MS office skills specifically Project, Ex cell and Visio |
