……]]> sangxia 2008/3/4 19:51:00 <![CDATA[未来]]> http://www.mypm.net/blog/user2/sangxia/archives/2008/22353.html       今天在单位，想哭！！我办事还是太心急了一些，可是如果这也是错，那谁还会对工作有积极性！我们公司现在就是这个样子了，乱！领导与领导、部门与部门、部门之内，岂一个乱子了得！一天一个格局，管事的比干事的多！我希望自己多做些努力改变格局，可是这种企业性质，真是累........

     从答应副总做好项目协调那天起，我就一直对自己充满信心，可现在我真的是累，看到不爽的，我不能发火，遇到矛盾还得咨询不懂实际情况的去文控去协调流程，整个工作程序很繁琐！然后手上还有很多别人推卸责任，不想多做的事情.......
