Often the time, IT departments are just taking tasks or requirements from management or business departments and they just blindly follows what URS(User requirement specification) covers. This reactive behavior results in misunderstanding between IT geeks and business people, to make things even worse, IT geeks are using a totally different language compared to those money-minded people.
