Awaken in your staff the “why” of the organization, using small meetings, dinners, pep鼓勵士氣的講話 rallies.召集, and chance encounters to infuse注入；灌注 people with a sense of purpose and meaning.

Awaken a renewed vigor.精力，活力 in yourself, using solo reflection and self-examination time to explore the following questions:

• What is going on around me?
• Is it positive or negative?
• Am I still getting a charge out of organizing and doing the work?
• Why am I in this business?
• Can I recharge myself personally and professionally so that the others around me will stay pumped〔俚語〕喘得上氣不接下氣的。?

Reawaken a sense of the organization’s mission in your entire staff at least three times a year.

Q: When was the last time your staff heard the mission from the mouth of the boss?

A: Reiterate the organisation’s mission the very next time you meet with your staff – and do it again, in a variety of ways, on every possible occasion, in order to reawaken in them their original passion for the organisation’s goals and ideals.
