我选的是A，正确答案是D。

正解是说，"Technical work is done"说明过程应该进入closing process了，所以接着要做Lessons learned。

可我总是想不明白，Technical work is done结束应该是进行监控，所以要进行scope的再次确认。

希望考试不要考这道题，不然我担心我会坚持自己的想法的........
