解决方法：打开你的report模板--编辑--首选项，然后设置成中文字体就可以了。
操作步骤：
1 Tool--Report Builder--Report Builder...，弹出Report Templates窗口，
2 选择你要生成的报告模板，点击[Edit]按钮，弹出模板维护窗口，
3 在模板维护窗口菜单中选择[Edit]--[Preferences...]，弹出个性化设置窗口，
4 依次修改标签页（包括Title，Header，Footer，Section，Table，Column Header，Column Cell标签页），把各标签页的Font修改成中文，例如宋体，然后点击Apply to the Current Template，
5 点确定，ok。
ERwin的帮助文件Readme.html里有解决方案，原文如下：
2.1 Resetting Default Fonts in the RTB on Non-English Operating Systems
If you are using AllFusion ERwin Data Modeler on a non-English operating system that uses double-byte fonts, such as Korean or Japanese, you will encounter problems with fonts and colors in Report Template Builder reports.
To fix the problem, reset the default fonts in the Preferences dialog of the Report Template Builder after you have installed AllFusion ERwin DM. Click the Report Template Builder icon on the ERwin toolbar to open the Report Templates dialog. Click New to open a new report. On the Edit menu, choose Preferences to open the Report Template Builder Preferences dialog. In the Title, Header, Footer, Section, and Table tabs, reset the default font to one appropriate to your operating system. Select the Apply All Preferences check box to apply the changes to all future reports. Click Apply to the Current Template to apply the changes immediately to the template you have open. Click OK to save your changes.
This problem only affects reports in HTML or RTF format, not those in text format.
