How to deal with Six type management:

Type Method
Managers who won't listen reason:1. not interested in what you are saying
2.Lack of respect for others.
Way: Document what you have to say.Use e-mails,letters and memos to confirm conversations you've had with the manager
Managers who are aggressive Managers who are rude; Way:
1. Befriend them as much as you can;
2. Let them know they act the way they do it, offends you.
3. Do not cower before them, seek help from HR
Managers who avoid decisions Managers who are afraid of making the worng decisions, rquest more research,
cancel meeting, delay their way out of any forward progress.
Way: Set a deadline with these managers on when the next phase of the project will commence.These deadlines don't have to beexact dates; they can even be the accomplishment of key milesstones within the project.;
put the dealines in writing and try to get a committement from them.;
can present them with the decision you suggest, and let them know if you don't hear from them by a certain date, you will implement your recommendations.
Managers who micromanagee Perfectionists managers, do not trust others.;
Way: politely let them know they are micromanging.; You need to complete the tasks proficiently and with excellence to show the manager you can do the activity without his hovering.
